VENDORS and VOLUNTEERS WANTED BOOTH RENTALS $25
Please Come out and show your love and support for the community!! Empowered , an organization that helps individuals and families in the community with education and other resources, will be having the Empowered Community Yard Sale & Fundraiser Sat. Aug 16th from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm at The National Guard Armory, 500 W. Morganton Rd. Southern Pines, NC .This event is for the community and local businesses, and non-profits, and anyone in Moore and surrounding counties to come share and showcase, promote, network and sell they're good and services. We are asking that all of the local businesses, non-profits, salons, music groups, organizations, civic club or associations, restaurants, sports teams, car , motorcycle, bike, trucking, or health clubs, etc. to come be a vendor , co-sponsor , or donate to this community family event. Empowered is raising money and taking donations for The Empowered Pack A Back Pack Program to get back packs and the necessities for kids going back to school in the community. If there is any music group or association in the community that would be interested in performing as a charity at this event please contact Empowered asap (910) 603 -3876.
There will be The Empowered Can Food Drive where each family is asked to bring one or more cans of can food to the event to replenish the local food banks that help needy individuals and families in our community. The Empowered Organization will also be raising money with The Food Court where the will be a plate sale and fish fry with ribs, chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, and veggie plates, cold beverages and snacks. There will be lots of vendor booths, food, fashion, shopping and fun for the whole family and other businesses there as vendors promoting they're goods and services. VENDORS EAT FREE!! Come out, bring your family to share, network and shop and enjoy the day while we give back and celebrate the community and local businesses. Help us support Empowered with this great cause. Empowered has helped people and families in our community to get free glasses, educational resources, information on getting disability, housing, food, and all kinds of resources that are needed in this bad economy and ever changing world.
